Guests can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation

Weekly & Monthly Discounts
We offer discounts of 10% and 40% on all our room rates if they are rented for a week or month respectively. We are happy to discuss with you to find a perfect solution for your long stay.
Note:
Payment deposit for a long stay is required before the date of stay. To book a room or apartment for a long stay, a security deposit of 50% is required.
